Luxury Spa Robes does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Colorado. If you order within the state of Colorado, you will be charged state sales tax and also city if you live in Denver.
In the rare instance that an item is not already listed on our website as sold out, and is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of the order and find the best resolution. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks.
Because we ship orders within 24 hours, cancellations must be received within 2 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please CONTACT US asap to cancel an order.
