We were under a self-imposed deadline involving a border-crossing, a huge re-brand of an existing hotel, an unrealistic timeline and a a crazy high set of expectations... and these guys totally delivered! Above and beyond on every aspect of the job. Timing: they not only met, but met enthusiastically our ridiculous deadline. Communication: informed, helpful, enthusaistic, approachable... the kind of communication that defines "service". Product: exactly as promised in terms of looks, even better in terms of "feel". Value: that we could get precisely what we needed, delivered on such a short timeline, was... well, it was impressive. And to get it for a reasonable cost? Remarkable. I know you can't define a hotel by its robes, but these will go a long way towards helping to define our rebrand. As an interesting note, our housekeeper - who worked at the Four Seasons Punta Mita for seven years before we recruited her - said that these robes are nicer than the ones that her former employer offered their guests! Huge thanks to the team for pulling all of this together. You have made this one small part of our rebrand absolutely perfect!"
