      All orders ship from South Carolina, and are generally received within 3-6 business days after the item has shipped (see map below). Please provide a physical address, no PO boxes, please. We normally ship within 1 business day from the time your order is received. We process orders 5 days a week Monday-Friday, US holidays excluded.

      International Shipments

      Outside of the US, we currently ship to Canada, Iceland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain and Portugal. We will introduce new markets in 2024. Please inquire if you would like to place an order and your country is not listed above. Duties and taxes vary, but what you pay at checkout should include those fees. Please let us know if you get a COD charge for any reason, as this should not happen.

      For shipments outside the mainland US, including Alaska & Hawaii, shipping rates may vary and we may contact you if additional shipping costs are required. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time; holiday seasons, large orders, weather, custom items & special orders.       RETURN POLICY

      If you are dissatisfied for any reason, products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been monogrammed, worn or washed are non-returnable. Spa Products are non-returnable. If your robe is damaged or there is an issue with your monogrammed robe, please contact support@luxurysparobes.com for options.

      EXCHANGES:  Once you initiate your return below, you will be sent a return label via email, and can select the product you wish to exchange for, all in one place. We process returns on Fridays, and will process your exchange as soon as the package has been inspected and delivered to our warehouse. Usually the process takes 1-2 weeks. We offer free shipping both ways in the event of an exchange. If you are in a rush to get the replacement product, it is best to simply order a new robe, and submit a return instead of an exchange.

      RETURNS: Once you initiate your return below, you will be sent a return label via email. Your refund will be issued as soon as we receive the product in our warehouse. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

      Please be advised that all items will be inspected upon return. Credit/exchange may be denied for any items that are damaged, stained or show any signs of wear.

      RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

      For US customers, click the "Start a Return" button below and enter the email address used on your original order. Then, check your email for a link to start your return. (If you don’t see this email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.) 

      Once you have completed the return request, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email.

      • Print the pre-paid return label and return authorization form.
      • Enclose the return authorization form inside your package.
      • Attach the return label to the outside of your package and make sure to cover or remove any previous labels. 
      • Most of our return shipments are processed through USPS, so you can either drop your package off at your local post office, or hand deliver to you your postal carrier.

      You have 7 days after receiving your shipping label, to ship your return.  Please be mindful of this timeframe.
