Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Our free shipping option is valid for orders shipping within the United States, and arrives within 5-8 business days. This option is via UPS and gives us a bit more time to process your order without a specific deadline. Free shipping does not apply to express or overnight shipping. International and bulk orders are not eligible for free shipping. Also, if you need your order by a specific date, please select one of the paid shipping options.
How long will it take to get my robe?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, from South Carolina via UPS.
Orders without monogramming ship the next business day in most cases.

How do I modify or cancel items in my order?

What if my order is out of stock?
If you order a product that is out of stock and not listed as so on the website, you will be notified via email within 24 hours with alternate options.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs?
Yes! However, we need to make special arrangements to do so. Please reach out directly for assistance to orders@luxurysparobes.com and we will send you a custom order form and ship your order via USPS.

What is your return policy?
Submit your return via our returns portal for instructions and an automated shipping label. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the time of purchase, provided they are not worn, washed, or monogrammed. Free shipping on exchanges! Returns have a small shipping fee, typically less than $10, which will be deducted from your refund.

What is your return policy for international customers?
We do accept returns, but shipping costs, duties and taxes are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@luxurysparobes.com for international returns, until we further automate the process.
Can items be exchanged?
Yes, plus, you get free shipping on exchanges! Submit your exchange via our returns portal for instructions and an automated shipping label. Exchanges are accepted for 30 days from the time of purchase, provided they are not worn, washed, or monogrammed.
As soon as your exchange is processed, any remaining money owed to you because of a price difference will be refunded immediately, and show up on your card within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Can I return or exchange a monogrammed robe?
Monogrammed robes are final sale. However, if we made an error on your order, we will gladly redo it correctly. If you made a mistake on the monogram details, or you simply want something different, please contact us and we can make arrangements to get the robe redone at a fraction of the cost.
How does your sizing work?
Our sizing system is unisex. Women's sizes on our charts are compared to dress size, and men's sizes are compared to jacket size. Generally, women buy true to size or size down, and men will go true to size or size up if they want a more loose-fitting robe. What fabrics are the robes made from?
Each fabric is unique, depending on the robe style. Some styles have cotton content, others have polyester, and many are a blend of the two. We also have all-natural options with our Cotton Modal Robe. All of our robes are designed to be worn and washed frequently, and last for many years. Do you offer hemming or tailoring?
We do not offer hemming or tailoring at this time. It is always best to try on the robe and if it needs to be adjusted, take it to your local tailor so they may take precise measurements.
Are there inner ties on the robes?
None of our robes have inner ties, but your local tailor can easily add one for you!
Where are the robes & fabrics manufactured?
Our robes are shipped from our distribution partner in South Carolina, USA. Our robes and fabrics are manufactured in China. Our factory partnership there is based on high quality and ethical working standards.
We do NOT source from XPCC or its subsidiaries, nor do we have cotton and apparel suppliers in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR).
Can I get a discount for ordering in Bulk?
Yes! We do offer bulk discounts depending on the number of robes you order. Bulk pricing begins at 15% off for 5 robes or more, and discounts increase based on quantity. Contact us here to let us know more about your needs.
Do you offer samples?
For bulk orders, we do offer up to 4 samples at a substantial discount. You are welcome to return those samples for a full refund, provided they are not worn at length or washed. Can promotions and discount codes be applied to bulk orders?
Bulk order discounts are typically higher than any promotion we run, so you are always getting the best price when you order in bulk.
